Court of Special Appeals clearly erred in concluding that Uniform Child Custody and Jurisdiction Act (UCCJEA), rather than the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act (UCCJA), applied in divorce action, as wife filed action for limited divorce, which action involved child custody dispute, prior to effective date of UCCJEA.
