Following factors should be considered on remand in determining whether juvenile, who was a child in need of assistance (CINA), should be granted visitation with her brother and step-sister who remained in care and custody of their father and who had never been found to be in need of assistance: potential for harm to juvenile if visitation was denied; general impact of visitation on juvenile’s siblings, including impact that visitation was likely to have on their relationship with father; and impact of visitation on step-sister’s relationship with her mother.
