App. 426, 499 S.E.2d 567 (1998) the court stated that evidence supported court’s award in divorce proceeding of joint legal custody of child to husband and wife with primary physical placement of child with husband based on conclusion that wife’s home environment was less stable than that provided by husband; wife often left child in care of others while she pursued recreational activities, occasionally took child with her without regard to child’s bedtime or evening routine, was unsure whether she would remain in her condo after one-year lease ended, dated several individuals, admitted to two sexual relationships, and had strained relations with her family, while husband developed routine for child, maintained his residence in marital home, was involved in long-term relationship with another woman and was planning for marriage, and had full support of his family.
