Even though, prior to time husband filed petition for custody of his minor son, husband’s attorney, who was also an examiner and master in Chancery, informed husband that he had before him a divorce case in which the man with whom husband’s former wife associated was named as a party, where information disclosed was a matter of public record, there was no disclosure of confidential information obtained while acting in a quasi-judicial capacity and no basis for dismissal of husband’s custody petition on that ground.
