Maryland Child Custody Lawyer

Father who took child from mother’s lawful custody and in violation of court orders was required to reimburse mother for costs and attorney fees that she expended in securing child’s return to the United States after father had abducted child and taken him to Turkey, despite fact that these costs and attorney fees were paid indirectly by mother’s husband, and not directly by mother herself; mother could not work to earn income and put all her efforts into securing child’s return at the same time, and mother’s husband supported her and, because she had no income, paid the expenses she was incurring in trying to rescue child.
