Ex-spouse brought kids to the dad, inorder the kids attend school in a good neighborhood.Spuse went to each kid's school and signed them out and made it known to schools that they would not be attending that school anymore.Came to the house where the ex-husband is living, knew the schedules of people of that house-hold, broke in and took all of kids belongings.; when the neighbors asked what she was doing, she replied that she can come in and out as she pleased, she is not afraid of the police.

I am an adoptive parent of a child who is now 14 years of age. The incident happened when he was 12. We went to Home Depot to place an order on blinds, and when it was time to leave, my son, Robert did not want to leave. He ran back into the store and hid from me. I was pressed for time, went back into the store to find him, ask one of the clerks did she see him, she said yes he went that way. I looked and could not find him, so I left him in the store, while I went home to unlock the door for my mother. Upon my return to the store, they told me that they had called the police on me, after I spoke with them and told them I was on my way back. Although the police was not there when I returned, I waited for them to come, so we could clear this matter up. However, they called CPS on me and now my name is at Child Protective Services. I have an Administrative Hearing scheduled for December 13, 2007. Can you help me?
